CAFOD Middlesbrough’s Day of Reflection will run from 10.30am to 3.30pm on Saturday 20 September at Thicket Priory, Thorganby, nr York

The day will be led By Canon Michael Ryan (formerly PP of St Wilfrid’s, York). The theme will be “Come to me all you who labour” (Matthew 11:28).

This is an opportunity for you to step off the treadmill for a few hours and to gain some spiritual nourishment.

Never been before? now is the time to give it a go!  We can promise relaxation, rest and little bit of spiritual input.

The day concludes with Holy Mass. Do come and join us and bring a friend or family member. Just remember to bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and fruit juice will be available.
